- Pan shisha flavour will need to be mixed with other flavours, we do not serve straight Pan.
- Please respect our in-house rules; no feet up oncouches, consider other parties by keeping noise down, and no smoking of cigarettes, vapes or cigars.
- There is a 30-minute grace period; booking(s) will be forfeited thereafter. Please ensure to contact us on 03 9995 9189 if you are running late or need to reschedule for same-day; to avoid forfeit.
- Arabesque is an alcohol free venue; no alcohol is allowed to be consumed on premises. Any attending intoxicated patrons will not be served and will be asked to leave.
- No rude, inappropriate or offensive behaviour will be tolerated.
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry.
- Each booking session lasts 90 minutes. If availability permits, you're welcome to stay longer. If you require a longer session, please contact us on 03 9995 9189 to make a request.
